By signing up to yoga with puppies and undertaking a yoga with puppies class, you agree to the following terms & conditions
Age Restrictions
By purchasing a ticket to yoga with puppy classes, you confirm that you are either above the age of 18, or will be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
Allergy or Injury
You confirm that you do not have any allergies towards animals, including the puppies used in the yoga session
You confirm that there are assosciated risks with participating in a yoga with puppy sessions, including, but not limited to, injury & physical harm to myself & others. I will not hold Yoga with Puppies or any staff liable for any damages occured in the sessions.
Photography & Videography
You are aware that there could be videography or photography taken during the sessions, which will be used for advertising and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please let us know explicitly.
Puppy Care
You confirm that whilst you will take utmost care when handling and playing with the puppies, and that you will be liable for any damages that occur as a result of mishandling.
You confirm that the Yoga With Puppies team has the right to remove or ban any person exhibiting aggressive, violent or unacceptable behaviour.
Arrival
You confirm that you are able to attend the session date & time at time of booking.
You confirm you will arrive 15 minutes before your session begins, and if you do turn up late you may not be able to participate in that given session.
Tickets
You confirm that tickets are non-refundable. Please let us know if you are unable to make your session, and we will try to accommodate you in another session at our discretion.
Please note after booking you will be sent a booking confirmation which will also serve as your ticket. Please keep hold of this email as we may ask for details from it to confirm your space.
Refunds and Cancellations Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise which require participants to cancel their attendance or request a refund for our popup puppy yoga class. We strive to maintain a fair and transparent policy to accommodate such situations. Please carefully review the following refunds and cancellations policy for our classes:
Registration and Cancellation Process:
Registration for the puppy yoga class is considered complete once the participant has submitted the required registration form and payment.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or any other method specified by the organizer.
Cancellations are only considered valid upon receiving written confirmation from the organizer.
Refund Policy: Participants who cancel their registration at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled class start time are not eligible for a refund, as it becomes difficult to fill the vacated spot on short notice. c. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances on the organizer’s end, such as extreme weather conditions or venue issues, participants will be offered a full refund.
Rescheduling Policy: Participants may request to reschedule their attendance for a different date and time, subject to availability and approval by the organizer.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the originally scheduled class start time.
No-shows: Participants who do not attend the scheduled class without prior cancellation or rescheduling request will not be eligible for a refund.
Participant Responsibility:
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their availability and commitment to attending the puppy yoga class at the scheduled date and time.
Participants are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the class.
Organizer’s Right to Cancel:
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the puppy yoga class due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of participants required for the class is not met.
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Please note that Terms & conditions & refunds policy is subject to change at the discretion of the organizer. Any updates or modifications will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
